Well, I can’t call the presidential election at this point; neither can anyone else. However, my own Republican congressman appears to be headed back to D.C. for another two years—Tom DeLay. And several of the predominately Republican districts that DeLay supposedly “engineered” in redistricting are going Republican as planned. So the GOP may pick up several seats in the House of Representatives just from Texas.
