I wanted to alert you to two upcoming Semicolon Author Celebrations. Next Thursday, the 11th, a week from today we’ll be celebrating Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, the Russian author who died earlier this year. If you post something about Mr. Solzhenitsyn or his work on the 11th, his birthday, or if you have posted about him in the past, you’re invited to add to the celebration with a link to your post next Thursday in the linky I’ll have available for that purpose.

And on Thursday the 18th we’ll be celebrating the author of many of my favorite hymns, Charles Wesley, brother of the preacher John Wesley. If you would like to celebrate the life and work of Charles Wesley, again you’re invited to contribute your link on his birthday, the 18th.

Thanks in advance for helping me celebrate. And please spread the word.
