I’m sorry I’m late this morning. We’ve been celebrating in our own way here —staying up late, reading, forgetting regular schedules.
Welcome to this week’s Saturday Review of Books. Here’s how it works. Find a review on your blog posted sometime this week of a book you’re reading or a book you’ve read. The review doesn’t have to be a formal sort of thing. You can just write your thoughts on a particular book, a few ideas inspired by reading the book, your evaluation, quotations, whatever.
Now post a link here to the specific post where you’ve written your book review. Don’t link to your main blog page because this kind of link makes it hard to find the book review, especially when people drop in later after you’ve added new content to your blog. In parentheses after your name, add the title of the book you’re reviewing. This addition will help people to find the reviews they’re most interested in reading.

I left links for two – a mystery and a slice-of-medieval-domestic-life novel.
Watch for the Light is my this-year’s advent devotional. It begins on November 24 to accomodate any Advent year and contains several-page daily entries by many well-known literacy giants.
A novel about magic and magicians this time.
Sherry, the Saturday Review has been a lot of fun. I’ve read books I otherwise might not have tried and it’s a nice prompt for me to get me weekly book entry done! Thanks.

Here’s a review of the new(ish) Charlie and Lola books – with a reading by my own daughters.
I am glad you put one up today. I was here earlier and missed it! I posted one of my daughter’s new favorite non fiction books.

I would like like to meet peple and practisice My English with them.
